RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
REASONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You may return or exchange a product for the following reasons:
REPLACEMENT
If you received a product and were not satisfied or it simply did not fit, you can request an exchange within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after delivery. To do this, the product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all items and accessories received.
In cases of dissatisfaction with the purchased product, we ask that the customer send an email to neathgroup@gmail.com explaining what we can do to improve.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for sending the product for exchange and the cost of resending it.
Purchases made on the Website can only be exchanged or returned by Post Office. For more information on how to exchange or return, see the EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS and EXCHANGE PROCEDURES items below.
INCORRECT ORDER
If you received a product different from the one purchased on our website or without an accessory, please contact us via email at neathgroup@gmail.com. This request must be made within a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
To prove the error, we ask that the customer send a photo to the email neathgroup@gmail.com informing the order number. We will analyze the photograph and, proving the error, we will begin the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer. In case of an error in the size, it is important to also photograph the label.
DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT RECEIVED
If the product has any type of manufacturing defect, you will have 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or return.
To prove the error, we ask that the customer send a photo and access our exchange system via email neathgroup@gmail.com. We will analyze the photograph and, proving the defect, we will begin the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer.
REFUND FOR REPENTANCE
In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Article 49 of Law No. 8,078), the customer may cancel the purchase whenever it occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home, within 7 (seven) calendar days upon receipt of the product.
In this case, you must request a return in our return and exchange system via email neathgroup@gmail.com within the deadline stated above so that the Correios reverse postage code is sent to your email.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
For the exchange or return to be carried out, the product must meet the following requirements:
have no signs of use, stains, dirt or sweat;
preserve the internal packaging and original labels applied to the item;
respect the following deadlines: 30 (thirty) calendar days in case of defect; 15 (fifteen days) in the case of product exchange or 7 (seven) calendar days in cases of error in the order or purchase regret, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
It is not possible to exchange or cancel personalized items due to product customization.
Products sent for exchange undergo analysis that takes up to 15 (fifteen) business days for evaluation. If no irregularity is detected, the exchange is authorized. Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted and will automatically be sent to the address of origin without prior communication.
